As an Event Producer at Madzen Marketing Agency, I spearheaded the end-to-end event production and business development for the Tech Pavilion at the International Tourism Fair across multiple editions (2016-2018).

Key Activities:

• Successfully secured participation from 13 tech companies in the inaugural edition, expanding to 20 companies in subsequent editions.

• Orchestrated trade events focused on hospitality, technology, entrepreneurship, and tourism, each attracting over 200 attendees.

• Managed all aspects of event coordination, including photographer, screen provider, motion graphics, and communication for all four events.
