As the Influencer Manager for the growth area of Argentina at Rappi, my primary objective was to acquire new users and devise innovative campaigns to attract new audiences.

+100 influencers from micro to celebrities +10 agencies +20 weekly campaigns

Key Activities:

  • Planned and executed monthly budgets, closely monitoring growth key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), User Engagement (UE), cohorts, retention rates, and forecasting scenarios.

  • Led end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including recruitment, negotiation, planning, content guidance, and analysis.

  • Ensured brand alignment throughout influencer partnerships and consistently met key performance metrics to drive user acquisition and engagement.
