As the Influencer Manager for the growth area of Argentina at Rappi, my primary objective was to acquire new users and devise innovative campaigns to attract new audiences.

Planned and executed monthly budgets, closely monitoring growth key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), User Engagement (UE), cohorts, retention rates, and forecasting scenarios.
Led end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including recruitment, negotiation, planning, content guidance, and analysis.
Ensured brand alignment throughout influencer partnerships and consistently met key performance metrics to drive user acquisition and engagement.
